What’s the best way to deal with negative thoughts?
Many negative thoughts begin with “What if…” But most of those what ifs never actually happen.
It’s wise to plan for the future and be prepared, but we shouldn’t become obsessed with trying to answer every what if.
Some negative thoughts also come from harsh judgments of others or ourselves. “I’m not enough.” Those thoughts only hinder our opportunity to grow and thrive.
When those thoughts come, I remind myself that breakthrough ideas and strength do not come from within me alone. They come to me—they are given to me—by the One who is able to create something new in me.
My future is in His hands, so I have no need to be afraid. I simply trust the One who always walks with me.

모든 생각과 마음을 늘 나와 함께하시는 분, 나에게 능력을 주시고 새로운 것을 창조하시는 분께 맡기는 것. 그것이 내가 불안증에서 벗어날 수 있었던 방법이다.
